Guide & Entrance Fees

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot).

Date of booking to 30 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 45% of the package cost.

30 to 15 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 65% of the package cost.

Less than 15 days before checkin Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

No show Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

No refunds shall be given in case of any cancellations due to natural calamities or non-availability of resources.

a) Nathula Pass (Indo Chinese Border) is always an Add on Tours ( The cost varies from time to time). Nathula Pass operation is subject to road condition and availability of permits as only limited permits are issued 48 hour prior to the schedule tour. It is in an elevation of 14700ft and is accessible from Gangtok Sikkim which is a restricted tourist destination. Limited vehicles are allowed for five days in a week i.e. Wednesday ,Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Only (closed on Monday & Tuesday). b) Supplement for Nathula Pass will be (INR 5000/-Plus per vehicle) by Inova/Zylo For Nathula only 06 Pax are allowed per vehicle. c) Since Nathula is a restrict area any time army can seal for security reasons. In such case tour will only be till Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir no refund will be allowed for unutilized services
