• 1) From the Date of Booking to 30 Days before Travel Date cancellation charges 25%
• 2) From 30 - 15 Days before check in cancellation charges 50%
• 3) From 14 - 08 Days before check in cancellation charges 75%
• 4) Within 07 Days before check in cancellation charges 100%
• 5) No Show. Whole amount will be forfeited
• 6) Above policies are subject to change without any prior notice and you will get the final policies by your booking agent
• 7) Refund may take 07-10 working days.

Note: In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation
